However, his field of education was totally different from his area of interest. Nayaz was committed to achieving his dream and therefore made up his mind to learn the process from scratch and execute it on his own. As the founder of one of the leading and most successful developers in Bangalore, Karnataka, Nayaz has been through a lot of competition, a lot of fraud, and has experienced many ups and downs, which have taught him not to repeat those mistakes again in life.Presently, he holds expertise and manages complete property developments and residential township developments in and around Bangalore. In addition, Nayaz has also established a firm in the U.A.E. to expand his business operations on a global level in one of the fastest-growing Arabian countries.
