Born and brought up in Bangalore , Nayaz’s journey to establish himself began at an early stage. Nayaz began managing daily chores and tasks for his family when he was ten years old.  Post his graduation, he was stuck with the decision of whether to work or start his own business. Eventually, Nayaz figured out that he always had an inclination towards the real estate sector and wanted to build huge skyscrapers. However, his field of education was totally different from his area of interest. Nayaz was committed to achieving his dream and therefore made up his mind to learn the process from scratch and execute it on his own. He has been vested in gaining knowledge since 2017 and has witnessed every aspect this sector can possibly offer. As the founder of one of the leading and most successful developers in Bangalore, Karnataka, Nayaz has been through a lot of competition, a lot of fraud, and has experienced many ups and downs, which have taught him not to repeat those mistakes again in life.Presently, he holds expertise and manages complete property developments and residential township developments in and around Bangalore. In addition, Nayaz has also established a firm in the U.A.E. to expand his business operations on a global level in one of the fastest-growing Arabian countries.
